David is an IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) Certified Professional Coach, who has continuously expanded his knowledge through training in executive and leadership coaching. He is also certified in COR.E Leadership Dynamics – a systematic approach to mastery and mindfulness based on the mind-energy connection to leadership.
With over 10 years in the Automotive Industry, David has held various managerial roles, handling KPI’s, meeting deadlines and enduring high stress levels. Known for his ambition and adaptability, he holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked and lived across Europe.
His clients are passionate about their lives, ambitious and confident that they have what it takes to powerfully live out their dreams.

I am a certified coach and a leader, but most importantly, I am a father and a husband.
My personality is a dichotomy. I’m an ambitious risk-taker focused on results and going the extra mile. Yet, I’m also deeply spiritual, believing in self-development and that each of us has a life mission that can transform our lives. This spiritual side was the hardest for me to grasp, but it has been crucial for my professional and personal growth.
Like many, I faced challenges when I strayed from my path. Back in the day, I used to be all over the place, trying to control everything by setting high expectations. And when things didn’t work out as planned, I would just end up disappointed and often blaming myself.
My whole life changed when I stopped focusing solely on the results and started embracing the process. By letting life unfold without constant judgment, I can see events clearly, beyhond my emotions, and choose how to interpret and react to them. Me and myself in charge of my own destiny. What about the results? Well, those are exponentially better.
It became my mission and my desire, to help individuals find their inner and higher Leader through the rejuvenation of mind and soul.
It’s like the story of the Chinese Bamboo Tree, which needs water, fertile soil and sunshine. For the first five years, there are no visible signs of growth, but it requires being daily watered so that a root system and a strong foundation to support its growth can be built. In the fifth year, there is growth…and what growth it is. The Chinese Bamboo Tree grows 30 meters in just six weeks!
Life can be like the Chinese Bamboo Tree, a never-ending path with no end in sight. The challenges we face can be overwhelming at times, but when we shift our perspective on WHO we are, WHAT we do and HOW we do it, something magical happens.
Today, I team up with my clients to help them embrace their journey, background and experiences – they are who they are today because of it. They know that their yesterday does not define their tomorrow. As a result, they uncover a new way of living, the full expression of their authentic selves who fearlessly choose to engage in life.
